Add event photos, share performances, and open registrations from one editor. Your updates appear in the existing website layouts after publishing finishes.
Log in with the SAPTA Gmail account. Pages CMS remains available as an alternative.

View events →In the editor, open Events, photos & videos and select the event you want to update.

- Choose the event. This tells the website where the uploads belong.
- Add photos or videos. Use the Event gallery or Event videos fields. Add captions and drag entries into the order you want.
- Save. The website rebuilds automatically. Allow a few minutes, then refresh the event page.
Upload JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF photos and short MP4/WebM clips. For a full concert, paste its YouTube link into the video field.

Choose Group registration or SAPTA Spotlight registration in the editor.

Paste the new form link, update the message for visitors, change availability to Open, and save. Switch back to Coming soon whenever you want to hide the link.
First-time setup for the website owner
The website owner connects Pages CMS to the SAPTA repository once. After that, invite the team through the editor’s collaborator settings.
If the editor cannot find this configuration, the updated website files and CMS configuration need to be published first.
